Alright so after last nights angry post I now have a nice one. lol. I've had this saying in my email lying around waiting for me to put it here. So if you have ever worked at a place where no one remembers you unless something breaks you will understand where I am coming from.
"Talking to angry customers is like defusing a bomb. If you do the wrong thing it explodes. If you do the right thing they are still angry with you."
I work in a home security business so ya nobody notices their alarm unless it starts beeping or maybe they forgot to set it and somebody breaks in. Well that's our fault. I answer phones so I handle alot of angry customers. In fact I've had someone swear at me for ten minutes before they would let me say anything. (I timed it) Turns out they did something stupid to cause it, and all they had to do was press a button. (bet they were embarrassed)
I've learned quite few swears that I never heard(and will never use) before. So that sucks.
So I decided I am going to try and be healthier than I am now. My goals are to drink a full water bottle everyday. Mine is 600ml. I've almost made completed this part of goal today. and I am going to go to the gym a lot more often then now.(Never) I went today and worked out for like half an hour. then I wandered around campus for an hour trying to get my brain out of a fog so i could drive home. (safely)
I am also going to do sit ups and push ups at home and will do one than the last night every night starting wiht 16 of each.(ouch!)
oh yeah some idiot almost hit me on my way home, and it had nothing to do with me I following all the laws of the road. they just weren't being careful lucky for me my car is small and swerved around them with ease. I was a little afraid they would get me they were really close.
So to sum up my little conversation with George I made a new saying turned in two finals, and am going to get rid of my flab. lol I think the work flab is funny.
oh just so you know words in (these) are Georges comments because I am talking to him you know.
